The Journal Manager is able to email all users or a sub-set of them. Note that all Readers are sent an email notification upon the publication of each issue with a copy of the Table of Contents for that issue or, in the case of continuous publishing, with the title and author of the submission. The journal also should have a Privacy Policy, entered in the Setup and available in About the Journal, which describes how privacy of registered users of this journal will be respected.
